Great I had 10 suspects, and that only eliminated two (Exit Strategy & Death Takes A Halliwell.)

I'm also assuming that ghosts, warlocks, avatars, and sorceresses don't count as demons. Also that the Elders don't count as innocents...

So my first guess is The Eyes Have It. Opens at the fortune teller store, Madame Theresa is killed, as are the demons Oren & Cree.
