4x01 - Charmed by Four - Part 1
(Based on "Charmed Again Pt 1.") The episode picks up where All Hell Breaks loose left off, the Charmed Ones after surviving Shax's attack attempt to vanquish the Source's wind assassin. In the process they encounter Paige Matthews, a woman with the power to orb.
4x02 - Charmed by Four - Part 2
(Based on "Charmed Again Pt 2".) The Charmed Ones deal with the news that they may have a half-sister. The Source has his own plans for the fourth Charmed One.
4x03 - Charmed by Four - Part 3
The demon responsible for stealing Phoebe's powers goes after a family of firestarters. Leo is arrested for impersonating a deceased veteran by an suspicious Inspector Cortez.
4x04 - Charmed by Four - Part 4
Inspector Cortez sees Leo orbing into the manor, but the Charmed Ones have other things to deal with first. Like the demon using Phoebe's power of premonition to help him wipe out an entire coven of witches.
4x05 Costume Calamity
Paige finds out the hard way about personal gain when she uses a spell to whip up a Halloween costume. Meanwhile, a demon infiltrates the 415 Halloween party and Prue is enchanted by the mysterious Matthew Cappiello.
4x06 Who Let The Bunyips Out?
A fierce mother bunyip escapes from an underworld blackmarket to terrorize San Francisco. With Piper being unavailable Prue & Paige need to put aside their differences before another innocent becomes lunch.
4x07 Inner Child Of The Corn
Phoebe realizes that she's not the baby of the family anymore, and her inner child has something to say about that. Her sisters summon Grams for help.
4x08 Turkey Terror
Piper's plans for a peaceful Thanksgiving dinner with her family turns into a disaster when the Source sends Largon, the demon of chaos to crash it.
4x09 Live and Let Die
(Partially based on "A Paige from the Past") After witnessing a car accident, Leo takes Paige back in time to relive the day her parents died. Demetrius returns to attack a vulnerable Piper, with devastating results.
4x10 Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
Piper deals with grief, Paige deals with guilt, and the Charmed Ones deal with hairdresser from hell...literally. Only to then have the Source send the leader of the vengeance demons after Piper.
4x11 Far Scry Vengeance
With help from Svengali, Piper exacts revenge on Demetrius, and then sets her sights on doing the same to Paige. The Source reveals a dark prophecy, and alienates his Oracle in the process.
4x12 Picture Perfect
Prue accidentally releases a demon imprisoned by her past life in an old photograph. The sister's find out about Matt's powers after they witness him seemingly working with the demon.
4x13 The Ordered Assassins Of The Phoenix
While trying to save an innocent, the sisters cross paths with Abigail, a woman from Cole's past, and the ruthless leader of a coven of assassin witches.
4x14 Cruels To Live By
The Charmed Ones encounter a demon that can only be stopped by a person pure of heart. The ghost of an childhood friend puts Paige's relationship with Glenn on the rocks, and prompts Paige to investigate her death. (Prue receives an invitation to a memorial for fallen officers, Leo has a warning from the Elders)
4x15 The Midst Of Avalon
When demons manage to penetrate Avalon's defenses it's up to the Charmed Ones to make sure that a special amulet doesn't fall into the wrong hands before the islands mystical power can be harvested by the Source.
4x16 Strange Days At Baker High
A premonition about one of Dr. Brenton's patient leads Phoebe and her sisters back to their alma mater, and to a student terrorizing her classmates with demonic powers.
4x17 The Skylark's The Limit
The anniversary of Patty's death brings back memories for the original Charmed Ones. It also brings their father back into town leading to an emotional encounter with Paige that drives him into the arms of a lurking demon.
4x18 Small World
A demon looking to get on the Source's good side interferes with the personal lives of each of the Charmed Ones.
4x19 Power Surge
The Charmed Ones powers kick into overdrive, and then completely disappear leaving the four sisters vulnerable against an assault by several of the Source's assassins.
4x20 Doctor Whom?
(Partially based on "Brain Drain") Piper's sisters race to save her, after her routine doctor visit turns into a demonic plot by the Source to alter Piper's perception of reality in order to end the Power of Four.
4x21 Good Witch Hunting
The Charmed Ones get help from a fourteen year-old boy when they go up against a cult of witch hunters responsible for killing the owners of several occult stores in the city.
4x22 Destiny Takes A Halliwell, Part One
Afraid of permanently losing their powers the Charmed Ones decide to force a final showdown with the Source in order to stop Phoebe's premonition of her own death from coming true.
4x23 Destiny Takes A Halliwell, Part Two
In order to save her sisters, and possibly the world, one of the Charmed Ones must be willing to die.
