but was i right does one of the writers like SVU? lol Jackie is crazy about SVU! And I also really like it, I just don't watch it regularly because I suck at getting into a TV routine. But, out of all of the L&O's, I think SVU is the best. It's the most interesting and has the best storylines, IMHO. (I'm also a CSI fan, mainly of the original one, though once again I don't watch it regularly.) I'm sure a little flavor of each of those rubbed off while I was writing "Crime Seen Investigation," so I'm not suprised you picked up on that.  |

I know this is a little off topic but I didn't know if I should have started a new thread or posted somewhere else. But this question has been on my mine for a while. Do you think if Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano had not fought and Shannen didn't have to leave. Do you think that Paige would have been thought of. She was not needed since the power of three was still together. They might have followed the sam and Patty story later on but Paige would have been like a innocent they saved and she didn't know them and if she did she agreed to keep there secret without being a witch herself. Does anyone have any thought on this

I do not think they would have thought of a half-sister had they not killed one off. I think they did put Patty/Sam together to have Piper parallel her mother. But, this could probably be in it's own thread since it's not about the eps.

This could have it's own thread as Jackie said, but I just wanted to comment on this.
If Shannen and Alyssa hadn't of fought, I doubt Shannen would of been around much longer anyway. She's said her self that she's impatient and bores easily. And knowing Shannen's track record, she might of only done another season anyway.
But in my opinion, that might of been a better than the other four seasons (5-8) we got. The original plan of S4 was to vanquish the Source in the season finale. Imagine that! With Shannen and it being the series finale. A credible end to a much better show, I say!

Does anyone have any thought on this As Jackie said, I think that the Patty/Sam storyline was done for the purpose of creating a parallel with Piper/Leo. The fact that Paige ended up being their love child, in my opinion, was mere luck because they'd inadvertantly set it up two seasons previously. (If Patty/Sam had never existed and Shannen had still been fired, I think they still would've come out with another half sister, but it wouldn't have been near as believable before it would've been spur of the moment instead of having canon backstory.) So I don't think that they ever would've had Paige appear as an innocent. (Although that would've been a cool idea, especially since Paige was a social worker. I've always wondered if they would've meet her in "Reckless Abandon" if Social Services had demanded Matthew back before Elias was vanquished. Or since she came to P3 a lot, if they ever ran into her there without ever knowing.) I do think that if Shannen hadn't been pink slipped, that Charmed would've lasted a couple more seasons. It probably would've lasted at least until season five ( maybe six) with Shannen and the quality would've been as great seasons 1-4 were. I think after that, Shannen probably would've gotten bored and wanted to move on. At that point, they either would've ended the show or did what they ended up doing in S4 and brought in Paige. The difference would've been that if Shannen had left on her own accord and not on bad terms and yet they still continued the show with Paige, we would've got a proper resolution with Prue's death and we would've had Shannen guest appearances. I also think that if they'd gone with their original plan, Piper would've still gotten pregnant in the season four finale and been pregnant during season five. But instead of being Superbrat, I think she would've had Melinda and I think that the powers Paige had - orbing and telekinetic orbing - would've been Melinda's powers. |

It wasn't a strike, it was a compliation of things going on in our lives (mostly mine, which has been spiraling out of control since April when my grandfather passed away) that led to the long delay/hiatus. Again, I apologize. But we never intended to not finish and we hope tonight's episode will bring you all back to finish up the season and continue watching!  |

So, anyone have any expectations ahead of tonights episode? Appearences from Bianca, Drea and Matt have all been confirmed but what do you think they are going to be up to? How are you expecting the season, as a whole, to end? And...have you missed us? |

Well... my first guess is that Bianca might be coming back to get Chris and Melinda... but then I remember that this is you guys, and you usually find a way to do things better than they were on Charmed. ;D I'm reading this episode with no expectations and as little speculation as possible, since I really want to be surprised for this episode... which I doubt will be hard!

I'm thinking that we'll be seeing Matt again, tonight. Probably the only one who is. Also, I'd like to see some of the mystery surrounding him wrapped up.
Bianca might also make an appearance. I'm interested in seeing how you guys portray her. She was never a favorite of mine in Charmed or character I remotely liked. Though, I actually like C:RR Chris, perhaps I can be brought over to the Bianca side also.
As for Drea, I think she will be making her appearance at the end of the episode.
Oh, and is Es right in thinking this will be the last season? I also thought it was being taken through to Season Eight.

I cant wait for tonights episode!! I wanna know why Mel and Chris were in the cemetery at the end of the last episode so hopefully that will be cleared up. I cant wait to see Prue's reaction to Matt, haha she may send him flying. And I really hope this isnt the end of C:RR |

Sorry about your grandfather Fourever Charmed and I hope you feel better. Also I wanted to say that tonight's episode was awesome and I never thought I would like a future episode better than Chris-Crossed but this one takes the cake. Chris and Bianca together was magical along with shocking since their having a daughter togther. Keep up the good work and can't wait for the new episode.
