It was a pretty good two-hour premire. I liked the second hour better though since it involved more action and leading up to something big. I cant believe that Phoebe is a millionaire now...that is going to take a little getting used to.
And with the Queen now vanquished, I wonder who/what is going to be the big bad this season.

The first part was mostly a Soap Opera to me. Mind you I love Soap Operas but still it was so.
Now Paige: OH MY GOSH! PAIGE!!! She was SO hilarious in the episode!! Her dye going wrong, mentioning pink hair...I LOVED HER!!!
Prue. Ohhh boy Prue! Getting pregnant by someone from the future, having HI-LAR-I-OUS food cravings!! I just love her this season!! I wonder whats gonna happen when she finds out the father of her daughter is from the future...will Prue's daughters birth affect the time line in any way??
I'm liking Drakes S/L. Very interesting character there. Hope he continues his attitude in future episodes.
Now my favorite part of the review: Tricia! Hmmm she's an odd one she is. Talking to herself in a room by herself at P3?? Hmmm weird is it? I think so!! Totally NOT a normal thing to do when it's on Charmed!! Something up with that maybe or is my curiosity over ridding itself???

I cant believe that Phoebe is a millionaire now...that is going to take a little getting used to. Well she's not "exactly" a millionaire. Everything that Cole left her is a collective total of two million, but that doesn't mean it's all physical cash. Having said that, she has just come into a lot of "money" cash as well, because after all, Cole was from a line of rich demons, had an Assemblyman father, and was around for 117 plus years (and a lawyer/ADA to boot), so I think it's safe to say he developed a small fortune. |

But with the time jump, the first half had to explain what happened (that might be why it was a little soapish, lol), so I couldn't really get around that without leaving everyone confuzzled. I've just now managed to read up on all my missed Season 5 episodes, and then I read the two part premiere...
and I'm thrilled with it all! It's absolutely fascinating. Cole's departure was handled so much better than the real series. Well, Cole himself was handled so much better than the real series.
Hell, pretty much everything you guys have put out has been handled better than the real series! I look forward to reading future episodes!

I actually have a speculation which occurred to me when reading the newest episode(s) of C:RR. I speculate that Trish is actually either Melinda or Prue's unborn. Most likely Melinda as Chelsea Brummet looks more like Holly and Brian than Shannen and Shawn but that's just my opinion. Now I'll give two reasons (although there are plenty more reasons, but I don't have time to post them all now) to back up why I think that Trish could be Melinda: 1) Melinda's middle name is Patricia. Trish can be one of the many shortenings of Patricia. 2) Her last name (or so she says) is Beatus which as Prue pointed out is Latin for Blessed. Melinda is a Twice Blessed One. Plus The Charmed Ones, Leo, Melinda and Chris (and to some extent Piper) are all blessed with magical abilities. Thus ends my speculation of Trish's true identity. Thanks for reading folks.  Anyone agree with my speculation? |

Hmm, I'm not sure. After reading the episode, there's a few moments between Tricia and Prue that make me wonder whether she is Prue's child from the future. Although, mentioning that P3 reminds her of somewhere that she grew up, makes me think she is from the future, Definitely.

Wow.... the first two episodes were fantastic. The first made me cry, and laugh (Paige and her hair). I guess Cole really isn't coming back :cry:
And the part where Drake releases Cole's father's soul was touching. That almost made me cry too.
Also Tricia does not seem like she's mortal to me........maybe another witch, or did Melinda Warren decide to send another one? lol.
I can't wait to see what happens next week!
