Yep. Yep. There's some ideas for a winter holiday episode for next year. LMAO. And that's interesting about a Christmas holiday for 2001. That would have been interesting. And, honestly, what does the holidays have to do with the 9/11 attacks? *sighs* Whatever. We shouldn't be surprised by anything with the original show.

For a future holiday episode you could have them celebrating Yule and Christmas. There's no reason why they can't celebrate both.
About the 9/11 attacks: wouldn't that make them want to do a happier holiday themed episode to get people's minds off the awful attacks?

This is the first time I've written a comment or reaction about an episode so bear with me. I thought this was a well thought out and well written episode with a lot going on. Here we finally find out some things about what's going on with Matt. Secrets and lies always have a way of coming out and this was one big revelation. The only thing that I see wrong is that Piper keeping this secret from her sisters, especially Prue, is going to cause some big problems. That's how I see it anyway. They don't like being kept in the dark and for it to be their own sister, wow, I can almost see that play out in my head when they do find out she did just that. Piper is probably the one they all think they can count on to be honest and that they can trust, especially Prue. They're used to the Elders not being honest but their own sister and also Melinda Warren and who know who else is involved doing this will surely upset them. This is something big that , in my mind, they'll have to work to overcome as a family. They have been lied to before by a lot of people. All for their own good or so they have been told. I can honestly see how this one thing could make one of the other three turn against the good side and even her family. I hope this wasn't too long and rambling, but those were just some of my thoughts as I have read along this season.

No matter if there's a 9/11 or 26/12 (Tsunami tragedy 3rd Anniversary), there should be a holiday special episode to enlighten up a little.
By the way, what is Yule? LOL

You bring up a wonderful point, jdjams. The bonds of their sisterhood were held with honesty. Phoebe's the sister who cannot tell a lie to save her life (with the exception of faking Cole's death). Prue and Piper are best friends. So, how will Piper knowing about Matt's mission work out with her sisters? Only time will tell, I guess.

By the way, what is Yule? LOL It's a Pagan/Wiccan Sabbath that celebrates the shortest day of the year, otherwise known as the Winter Solstice. (I think this year's Winter Solstice was December 22.) It used to be a huge celebration that went on for several days involving gift giving, partying, drinking, and many of the traditions that modern Christmas has. It was a huge part of Pagan tradition, so the Pope at the time decided to make that time of year the birth of Christ and call it Christmas. (The same thing was done with Easter.) Here's a little blurb from this site that I think summarizes it well:

Kinda confused. But thanks anyway. LOL
Sigh... When will Piper ever get her two powers back? Prue better accepts Matt fast and Phoebe better get married with Cole soon. Paige must decide between Henry and Glen. Dragging the story too long will bored the readers.

hmmm.... Interesting episode, I must say that I am happy that Matt's secret is finally out. Though it is strange that Piper would keep a secret from her sisters (judging from S1-3), Piper's character growth (S1-8) involved Piper not being as clingy. I know that Kerns made some mistakes, but Piper did grow and became a bit more well-rounded. 4evercharmed, I am ok with Piper not getting her powers back as long as Paige does not get telekinetic orbing back. (I just have a problem with the telekinetic part w/ Prue still alive, but this is not the forum to discuss it so....) A holiday episode would be nice, though the holliday season is over, there are still more events in the year. I like the Melinda Warren appearence, but it does present some questions of why the elders were not suspicious of the fact that a spirit visited the Charmed Ones, or why Matt had to write things down instead of saying it aloud, I would think the elders can read. Nonetheless it was a good episode. It was very filler-ish, but I do believe that it had it's dramatic elements and has given me a very good idea of the season finale, if not, at least of some later episodes

Well, I would hope that They aren't watching them 24/7. It's more like, just in case they're overhearing TCO, they stay quiet. Just like in "Magic Hour."

Isn't 5x06 "There's No Eye In Team" is the same as 5x06 "The Eyes Have it? from original season 5"

Wow, that's funny. It is from the original S5E6. I think that's just a coincidence for us. But, the episode is based on The Eyes Have It.

Isn't 5x06 "There's No Eye In Team" is the same as 5x06 "The Eyes Have it? from original season 5" lol! Now even I've got to admit, I didn't purposely aim for that when I wrote it. It just worked with the timeline. That's so funny, though.

Worked with the timeline?? Meaning?
(Try hard not to laugh) R u seriously telling me that u don't even really realize that u were obviously following the same plot with the same guest stars of Orin, Cree, Lydia and Ava as well?
No offense but please be creative, people. Please. It was like "Paige from the Past" (C:RR S4's same plot from original season 4) all over again.
I'm sorry if I'm rude. I was hoping for the "brand new" stories that are unlike the original Charmed.

I don't mind seeing the same storyline but shook up a bit. I think it's a good thing. Think of it like this: C:RR follows the basic Charmed story but with 4 sisters and a few new characters. Stories like this makes it realistic because the Charmed ones would have come across Ava and the gypsies eventually. I hope this makes sense. I know what I'm thinking but it's hard to put it down in words.
