We purposely used the same characters, but we didn't realize they were both S5E6 in Charmed and CRR.
We used this plot and the one from APFTP because we LIKED those main plots from the original. Why shouldn't we use the GOOD from Charmed but add our own spin on the idea? That's not a crime. We can admit that Charmed had a few genius ideas once in a while.

I like the idea of using some of the same storylines, after all its not like its a spin off, it's meant to be as if Charmed from Season 4 didn't happen, so of course, the same storylines can be used. It's not repetitive, not every single storyline is the exact same from Charmed and even the ones that have been used have something about them tweaked, I mean, with additional characters its needed. Personally, what I'm trying to say, is I think it's fine that you're using some of the same storylines, like you said why Drama why shouldn't you use the good episodes, but you put your own style to them, which is the main point. Sorry, if I rambled, I just had to say that. I like your series by the way, I haven't had the chance to read them all, I'm still on season 4, but so far so good  |

Hey, Lexi. Totally got what you were saying. I can think of four episodes from the original that we have used the main plot of and made it our own. Hell, we took the character of the Phoenix and did our way with them. Same with Drake. Glad you're enjoying the series. Leave us more comments for the episodes you liked. We'd love to hear what you enjoy. And, hey, it's better like this. You don't have to wait for reruns of S4. lol  |

No episode tonight? Apologies, we forgot to announce it this week. We decided to have a break for the next two weeks because 1) it was the Christmas/New Year's week and it was rather crazy considering all the family and celebration going on and 2) some of the staff have some other pressing RL things that they had to take some time to focus on and that obviously has to come before C:RR. |

It's good to hear but I haven't been around alot, X has been busy with future projects of ours and Drama and Camille have been busy with other things too. I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year as I'm signing off soon and going off to great party. All Hippy Man! lol it'll be a blast!

Fourever, actually u don't have to follow the timeline since Prue is still around in this Reality Reset. Timeline could and might be changed. History can be re-written.
It worked with the timeline because of the original Charmed where Prue is dead and everything (stories) changed after Paige appeared.
Stories for the episodes can be randomly. Except for the episodes which have "To be continue" kind of the plot.

She meant that it worked with OUR timeline of events. The episode happened to be 5x06 because that's where it fit.

Okay. If u said so. Can u please re-make the story of the "Cat House" if u can? Where Piper and Leo had a fight and make Prue, Phoebe and Paige force them to see a marriage counselor like in the original Season 5? U see, in the original Charmed S5 where Shannen Doherty is no longer there, the producers made the memories scenes from the previous first 3 seasons with NO Prue in it. Remember? I was very disappointed when I didn't get to see Prue in Piper's memories, EXCEPT for one in Piper's wedding where I only get to see the BACK of Prue when she's on TJ's motorcycle. SIGH... But now, thank god for this Charmed: Reset Reality. Prue is alive and kicking. I'm hoping Paige will got to know Prue a lot more better when she travels in time (in Piper's memories, of course) with Prue and Phoebe. Please........ |

Hell no. Piper and Leo are not having problems, THANK GOD! They're good together and expecting their first child. Piper's happy with her family, her husband, and her work. A little on edge about magic, but she's doing well. Leo loves his wife and his sister-in-laws and is beyond excited for a child. Plus, the man is like the best whitelighter ever. No need for a marriage counselor.
That's my stand, at least. I don't know how the other three feel. I could get out voted.

I don't want to see another Cat House as I agree Piper and Leo's relationship is just fine so it would be wasteful of a good plot. Cause I actually like the time jumping thing, where Phoebe and Paige saw the past and I have to say if we could transform that idea and use it then great.

I don't know about a marriage counselor, but I agree with 4evercharmed that a flash back type episode where Paige is filled in as to what happened in the years she wasn't there would be very interesting.
